Guided Grounds was founded on 15 years of experience, supporting folks with Neurodivergence and co-occurring unique mental health experiences.

It has become a collective of burgeoning and established professionals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, with a passion for serving neurodivergent folks and folks from various life experiences.

Counseling & Services

  • (Provided only to residents living within Colorado)

    Our counseling sessions are typically 50-60 minutes long and focus on goal setting in the big picture, and what keeps you from getting there (past experiences, fears, hindering beliefs) in the day to day.

    It’s a collaborative process between you and your provider, with the understanding that only you have lived your life experience, and your provider is there to help clarify, support, and provider tangible and practical skills.

    Sometimes it’s uncomfortable, but growth often is.
    We take insurance, and private pay

    We are not credentialed to provide diagnosis for Autism Spectrum Disorder

    We are not a crisis center

  • Ketamine Assisted sessions as well as Psychedelic microdose coaching with an emphasis on psilocybin are offered.

  • Supervision is provided to providers within our collective as part of their contract, as well as to outside LPPC level providers on a private pay basis.

    At this time, supervision is offered only to LPCC level providers, working towards licensure in the state of Colorado, by Amanda Hart LPC, PMH-C

    Details on supervision for you and your specific needs will determine cost and frequency.

  • (This service is not state or licensure bound, and may be provided outside of Colorado)

    Coaching is not therapy, in that it is a more short term and more goal oriented approach to getting you where you want to go, in alignment with the work you are doing on yourself.

    Within our collective, this service focuses on support with psychedelic micro-dosing & integration of macro-experiences, as well as adult ADHD, ASD, and AuDHD skills development and psycho-education.

    This is an out of pocket expense and may be done in conjunction with your therapy or counseling sessions.

  • Consultations are a great way to broaden your scope as a provider into the realm of neurodivergence. Many providers find it an overwhelming task to conceptualize neurodivergent needs of clients in conjunction with other clinical care considerations.

    We are here to help you as well !

    Consultation regarding case concept, strategy, and skill development can be provided to help you bolster your own tool kit with your client work.

    Consultation with Amanda is provided to LPCCs as well as licensed LPCs as they work toward professional development and business growth with an insurance and medicaid model.
