GG Collective Providers

Within Guided Grounds, we make it a priority to see the whole person, and to provide a wide range of supports and perspective. Although each provider within our collective has their own identity, mission, and practice, we all strive towards integrity and compassion in the care we provide.

How it works:

Read Bios below to learn more about each provider and what they offer. Connect through their listed email directly, for questions or to set up a consultation call over phone or video- whatever feels right for you.

Don’t be nervous if a few folks speak to you - reach out to whoever you may feel a connection or pull towards and just take it from there.

Our prpoviders understand first hand what it is to be neurodivergent, work through mental health needs, and hold mulitple identies. We want you to feel welcome and supported from the first step to the last. Take your time

Charlotte “Carly” Lovejoy LPCC, ATR-P (She/ Her)

  • Art Therapy, EMDR, DBT, Somatic Practice, Mindfulness, Empowerment/ Strengths Based

  • Adolescents, Adults, Overwhelm, Neurodivergence

Charlotte is a neurodivergent-affirming and queer-affirming art therapist and talk therapist who understands how it feels to face what can feel like insurmountable challenges around trauma as well as how our unique ways of being are not always supported in our social reality. She knows it can be hard to imagine any way forward at times. She is passionate about facing these challenges with you, tapping into the incredible strength and unique gifts that you hold in order to find an easier, more aligned path forward.

Charlotte holds a Master's in Counseling from Naropa University, with a specialization in Art Therapy. She is a licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC) and provisional art therapist (ATR-P) who provides a holistic approach to healing. Charlotte brings options such as art therapy, meditation, and somatic exercises to those who respond to these modalities—in addition to evidence-based therapies such as EMDR and DBT. She believes these techniques can be powerful for diversifying how our brains and bodies communicate and can reinforce the life-changing benefits of traditional talk therapy. Her goal is to create a therapeutic space that is reliable and trauma-informed by creating routine for sessions with her clients. Taking a systemic lens, she takes into account everything, including the environmental and social contexts, neurobiology, challenges, and strengths that make up your life.

Charlotte enjoys supporting clients through collaboration, building a unique-to-you relationship from the ground up that can meet your needs in therapy. This can mean working with you to discover what healing modalities you respond best to according to your values, collaborating on the structure of sessions, and re-assessing therapeutic goals and feedback consistently. She values cultural humility, systemic or social justice approaches, and empowering clients within the therapeutic relationship & beyond. She is eager to learn what is important to you and what shapes your world.

Skylyn Webb LPCC (She/Her)

  • EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Somatic Practice, Trauma Informed Care

  • Addiction, Grief, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Neurodivergence, LGBTQ+

Hi, I’m Skylyn (she/her). My goal is to cultivate the conditions that allow you to reconnect with your own innate wisdom. I will meet you where you are with warmth and presence as we find a grounded sense of safety in the present moment. From there we will gently explore how difficult or traumatic experiences may be keeping you feeling “stuck” in patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll work to release those patterns at a pace that feels supportive and empowering, so you can move toward living in alignment with your most authentic self.

I have training & experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and grief. I see adult clients and often work with trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent individuals. I have a background in clinical and trauma psychology and my work is rooted in a somatic, trauma-informed lens. My approach is collaborative, affirming, experiential, strength-based, and values-driven, always tailored to your unique needs and goals. I also offer EMDR and ketamine-assisted therapy as part of an integrative healing process.

Reaching out for support is a meaningful act of courage. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can explore whether we’re a good fit and what next steps might look like.

  • Adults, Queer, Transgender, Neurodivergent, Trauma Survivors, Couples

  • Neuro -Affirming, Exposure & Response Prevention, DBT, CBT

Hey I’m Lor, and I’m a neurodivergent, queer therapist! First, let me say that I’m proud of you for making it this far and taking steps to improve your life. I’m eager to learn what makes you who you are and help you process anything going on in your life that is holding you back. Populations that I commonly work with are the transgender and queer community, neurodivergent individuals, people who have experienced trauma, and people living with OCD.

I’m here to give you what you need, be that an empathetic supporter in your corner or developing tangible tools to improve things such as emotional regulation and communication. I don’t utilize a one size fits all approach, and instead want to tailor therapy to the unique circumstances and goals of the person in front of me.

I strive to make my practice neurodivergent friendly–which means that I encourage clients to do whatever they need to do to make therapy feel less daunting. This can look like not making eye contact if you don’t want to, playing with fidgets in session (something I always do myself!), and sitting (or moving) in whatever way is most comfortable.

In my free time, I can be found watching garbage reality TV with my partner and four cats, or performing as a drag queen. My passions outside of counseling are dancing, camping, and traveling!

Amanda Hart LPC, PMH-C (She/Hers)

  • Microdose Institute Certified Coach, Peinatal Mental Health Certified, Polyvagal Trained, Neurodivergence Specialized in Women and FAAB, Parenting coach for neurodivergent households

  • IFS, ACT, DBT, Somatic & Mindfulness practices, Professional & Clinical Consultation, Supervision, Neurodivergent Skills Coaching

Hey, and welcome!

I am the owner and Clinical Director here at Guided Grounds Collective.

I bring over 15 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan—clients, parents, professionals, and clinicians alike. My work has included parent coaching, professional consulting, clinical supervision, and direct care, all grounded in a deep respect for the creativity, complexity, and resilience that neurodivergent people bring into the world.

I am a neurodivergent queer woman, practicing from a deeply human-centered, whole-person perspective that values authenticity (there is no right way to be), collaboration, and safety.

My approach integrates somatic and mindfulness-based practices with evidence-based skills building, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care. I draw from parts work, acceptance-based models, and curiosity-driven exploration, with an emphasis on non-judgment and practical application (because if you don’t want to do it, then you aren’t going to, so let’s figure it out together!) The goal is not to fix what isn’t broken, but to build capacity, self-understanding, and choice.

In addition to traditional therapeutic and coaching services, I offer psychedelic microdose coaching. This work is approached thoughtfully and ethically, with a focus on intention setting, nervous system awareness, and translating insights into meaningful, sustainable changes in daily life. Psychedelics are not a quick fix, and offer another means of deepening the work you may already be doing.

I also specialize in supporting individuals navigating perinatal and postpartum experiences, particularly neurodivergent parents and those whose identities or nervous systems don’t fit neatly into mainstream narratives of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. This work often includes identity shifts, boundary renegotiation, emotional regulation, and support through major life transitions.

I tailor skills building to neurodivergent needs and frequently support goals such as increasing self-worth, improving effectiveness in relationships and the workplace, clarifying needs and boundaries, and navigating transitions with greater confidence and self-trust. My work is grounded, with a heavy dose of humor, humanity, and the belief that you don’t need to become anyone other than yourself to live a meaningful, well-supported life…. I also tend to curse a lot- heads up.

Looking forward to speaking with you!
