Skylyn Webb LPCC (She/Her)
Hi, I’m Skylyn (she/her). My goal is to cultivate the conditions that allow you to reconnect with your own innate wisdom. I will meet you where you are with warmth and presence as we find a grounded sense of safety in the present moment. From there we will gently explore how difficult or traumatic experiences may be keeping you feeling “stuck” in patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll work to release those patterns at a pace that feels supportive and empowering, so you can move toward living in alignment with your most authentic self.
I have training & experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and grief. I see adult clients and often work with trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent individuals. I have a background in clinical and trauma psychology and my work is rooted in a somatic, trauma-informed lens. My approach is collaborative, affirming, experiential, strength-based, and values-driven, always tailored to your unique needs and goals. I also offer EMDR and ketamine-assisted therapy as part of an integrative healing process.
Reaching out for support is a meaningful act of courage. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can explore whether we’re a good fit and what next steps might look like.
