Hey, and welcome!

I am the owner and Clinical Director here at Guided Grounds Collective.

I bring over 15 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan—clients, parents, professionals, and clinicians alike. My work has included parent coaching, professional consulting, clinical supervision, and direct care, all grounded in a deep respect for the creativity, complexity, and resilience that neurodivergent people bring into the world.

I am a neurodivergent queer woman, practicing from a deeply human-centered, whole-person perspective that values authenticity (there is no right way to be), collaboration, and safety.

My approach integrates somatic and mindfulness-based practices with evidence-based skills building, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care. I draw from parts work, acceptance-based models, and curiosity-driven exploration, with an emphasis on non-judgment and practical application (because if you don’t want to do it, then you aren’t going to, so let’s figure it out together!) The goal is not to fix what isn’t broken, but to build capacity, self-understanding, and choice.

In addition to traditional therapeutic and coaching services, I offer psychedelic microdose coaching. This work is approached thoughtfully and ethically, with a focus on intention setting, nervous system awareness, and translating insights into meaningful, sustainable changes in daily life. Psychedelics are not a quick fix, and offer another means of deepening the work you may already be doing.

I also specialize in supporting individuals navigating perinatal and postpartum experiences, particularly neurodivergent parents and those whose identities or nervous systems don’t fit neatly into mainstream narratives of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. This work often includes identity shifts, boundary renegotiation, emotional regulation, and support through major life transitions.

I tailor skills building to neurodivergent needs and frequently support goals such as increasing self-worth, improving effectiveness in relationships and the workplace, clarifying needs and boundaries, and navigating transitions with greater confidence and self-trust. My work is grounded, with a heavy dose of humor, humanity, and the belief that you don’t need to become anyone other than yourself to live a meaningful, well-supported life…. I also tend to curse a lot- heads up.

Looking forward to speaking with you!
