Counseling Sessions

Counseling sessions are provided by Licensed (LPC) or pre-licensed providers (LPCC) under supervision, to residents in the state of Colorado only.

Folks engage in sessions to recognize and shift thought patterns and behaviors that have become hindering or burdensome within their careers, relationships, or self- image. They often benefit from therapeutic relationship as a way of working through these past and present difficulties through collaboration. Goals are created in session, with consideration to the client’s insights, as well as the clinician’s clinical understanding. Both provider and client work to discover the client’s strengths and needs together.

Browse our affiliated providers and see who may be a fit. Reach out to them via their email and set up a consult call to see if it’s a fit…. and get started!

Coaching

Coaching offerings:

Adult and Parent support for ADHD, ASD, and AuDHD

Coaching is provided both in and outside the state of Colorado.

It differs from counseling in the depth and breadth of discussion that takes place, as well as the goals being made. In counseling, you may discuss past experiences and their impact on deeper, more lingering habits you just have not been able to release. You may look to connect it to experiences you have had throughout your life.

Coaching on the other hand, is more short term, with a more linear focus on goals for the future and current barriers to reaching them. It’s usually a solution oriented approach to support accountability, and skill development.

Coaching is an out of pocket cost, that can be done in conjunction with your already established therapy sessions. Read the “Providers” page and contact providers directly for more information on their coaching offerings.

Psychedelic Supports

Micro-dose supports & Coaching:

The process can be used in conjunction (supplemental support) with your established therapy services or independent of them. Regardless, the benefits of micro-dosing can be especially impactful for those with neurodivergent minds and nervous systems. Many use it to bolster the work being done in therapy sessions, independent self work, and/or following macro dose sessions where further integration may be needed. The foundation for this process is rooted in training and research through the Microdosing Institute.

For more information visit Amanda’s section on the “Provider” page.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy:

Ketamine assisted psychotherapy can be a beneficial supplement and method for treatment resistant depression, trauma, and/ or addiction. Although most folks, as with micro-dosing, can find benefit independent of support from a provider, growth and insights may occur quicker, and with longer lasting impact when done in a supportive therapeutic environment.

Currently, Ketamine Assisted sessions are offered by Skylyn. Visit her section of the “Provider” page for more info.
